[NOTICE] 2013-Sep-22 Discover Gilwell Day

Discover Gilwell – The Ups and Downs of Life

Before you decide to tackle Mt Everest, Bouldering, Climbing and Abseiling are great ways to get into rock climbing….
At a low height, you can practice your footholds and handholds and have some fun along the way. Combine this with a trip up the climbing wall and down the nearby abseiling tower and you’re well on the way to becoming a mountaineer!
Come along to Gilwell Park on Sunday 22nd September and try these other activities during the Open Day:

  • High & Low Ropes Courses
  • Flying Fox (Aerial Runway)
  • Themed, self-guided bushwalks. Choose from Heritage, Environmental or a tour of the eastern side of Gilwell
