[ROSTER] Sat. 07-SEP – Sun. 08-SEP-2013 Catering

As the Unit accepted this activity back in March this year, it is rather disappointing to find that of 32 shift places for this weekend only 13 have been filled by 7 Venturers, and a further 6 filled by leaders/parents. This leaves us with 14 unfilled places on the roster and places an unfair load on those who are attending.

We need all hands on deck for this activity as this will be the Unit’s major fundraising activity for the year. Starting the setup at 9am on the Saturday we will serve food and drinks up to 4pm; repeated on the Sunday with a pack up at 5pm.

Please look at the roster and see if you can provide time for an extra slot as we should have all slots filled so that we are ready to go Saturday morning – remember this is the Unit’s major fundraising activity for the year!
